The problem you have lies in the startup sequence for Windows. See if you can start in debug and/or Safe Mode (tap F8 repeatedly after your BIOS screen is gone until you are given a menu). Your Windows will start differently (no loading screen but letters instead). If that does not work you'll have to repair your windows using command prompt on your install cd. Let me know when you're this far.
Can't access Safe Mode. It's stuck at CLASSPNP.SYS and even when I wait, it reboots itself and starts up normally. I can get into the menu form F8. Not sure about debug though. Damn, should have made a restore point... I attempted repairing the laptop with startup repair. Yes, before you mentioned F8, I already tried some options through it. However, I haven't tried debug yet.
Furthermore, even though I might be able to access Command Prompt, I don't have a reinstall disc or system restore disc.
